He says that the hardest part of his job is getting potential customers to understand the importance of having their car detailed by a professional. “Car wash tunnels can mar, scratch paint, put swirls on paint, and they do more harm than good,” he says. Every customer with him, however, gets the same golden touch treatment: “Whether a client has a Toyota Corolla or Maserati, I treat them with the same respect. I never try to oversell the customer; I only tell them what they need to have their car look the same or better than the day they bought it.”
